Assets can be Added In To or Removed from an Assets thru the Service Order  Module. These Add-Ons are called Components of an Asset. When an Asset is transferred or Checked in/out, it’s components are effected as well. Date Times and Service Order Histories provide detail Auditing of Asset Components.

Service Codes can be defined and Assigned to an Asset that included a Scheduled Number of Days for that Service Code. Operators are Alerted when an Asset is due Service by an On Demand Data Grid or an Automated Email. Service Orders can be created Automatically based upon the Service Code schedule.

Service Orders track needed service for an Asset. Orders can be created manually when service is needed or generated based upon Service Code’s schedule. Labor spent and Overhead as well as Material and material cost are tracked on each Service Order. Mechanics can scan the Order, scan their Employee Badge and then Pick or Start/Stop time spent on the Service Order. An Asset’s entire Service Order History is easily viewed or exported.

Direct Hourly and Overhead Hourly Costs may be loaded on each Technician master record. Labor Start/Stop times that are scanned during Service Order operations, will auto calculate the true Labor Cost of servicing the Asset.

Products may be picked to a Service Order. The inventory product’s cost is pulled into the cost of the Service Order. Inventory Onhand is reduced automatically upon the pick. On special Lot traced or Serial traced products, FlowTrac keeps an itemized history of exactly what lots and serial numbers where used to Service the Asset. This provides a detail audit of material used to service an Asset. If an item fails, FlowTrac provides a fast way to find any other Assets that have had that specific Product Lot used for recall purposes.

Unlimited Notes can be added to an specific Asset record. Notes support not only written text, but ability to load all types of picture files and document files. Upload jpg, png, bmp, tiff, etc… pictures. Upload  .pdf, .dwg, .xlxs, docx, etc… document file types. Notes can be set to automatically popup to the operator whenever an Asset is viewed.
